Yvonne Jenkins was born on April 2, 1977, in Dothan, Alabama, to the late Larry R. Jenkins and Judy Benton Jenkins.

Affectionately known by many names — "V-Lo," "Hunnybun," "Peppa," and others — Yvonne accepted Christ at an early age. She was a proud 1994 graduate of Northview High School, where she played in the Cougar Marching Band.

Yvonne possessed a strong work ethic, a trait she inherited from her father, Larry. Throughout her life, she worked diligently in various places, including Perdue Farms, Sara Lee Bakery, Flavor House, and White Hall Assisted Living. Her final place of employment was Southeast Health, where she served as a dedicated caregiver. No matter the job, Yvonne always gave her all — she stayed on the grind!

On Sunday, October 5, 2025, the Lord called Yvonne home to eternal rest.

She was preceded in death by her father, Larry R. Jenkins; her mother, Judy Benton Jenkins; her aunt, Betty Jean Benton; her grandmother, Mae Lizzie Jenkins; and her grandfather, Sam Jenkins.

Yvonne leaves to cherish her loving memory her husband, Antonio T. Ingram of Moultrie, Georgia; her uncle, Billy Ray (Annie) Benton of Newville, Alabama; and the five loves of her life — Tacoma, Pierre, Paris, Kyria, and Classic Ingram, all of Dothan, Alabama.

She also leaves behind her brothers, Gregory Walker of Miami, Florida, and Emmanuel Thompson of Headland, Alabama; and last but certainly not least, her "Big Bruh," her better half as she would say, Larry L. Jenkins.

Yvonne will be deeply missed by a host of close friends, relatives, and loved ones who will forever treasure her spirit, her laughter, and her love.
