Mr. Robert Lee Lynn departed this life and went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 12, 2025. He was 89.

Robert Lee Lynn was born on March 17, 1936, in Alabama to the late Lloyd Sam Lynn and Lillie Williams Lynn. In 1963, Robert relocated to Newark, New Jersey, where he later met Catherine Turner, with whom he shared four beloved children.
During his years in Newark, Robert worked faithfully for Bob's Auto Towing and was known for his strong work ethic. He had a passion for biking and, even into his 80s, he rode and raced as if he were 21. He also enjoyed playing checkers, cards, and dominoes with his family
and friends, where his playful spirit and competitive nature always shined through.

Robert was deeply involved in his children's lives, consistently showing up to support their events and accomplishments. He was truly the
king of his family—respected, cherished, and loved by many.

On July 12, 2025, Robert departed this life and went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He will be deeply missed by all who
knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Evereen Lynn; three children: Robert K. Lynn, Richard Scott Muhamed, and R.J. Griffin; and two grandchildren: Tyler Lynn and Ahmir Lynn; brothers: Johnny C. Lynn, Albert Lynn, Thomas J. Lynn, Billy Lynn, and Lloyd Lynn Elic Lewis; sisters: Ann R. Lynn, Elizabeth McCargo, Irene Leath, Mattie Lewis, and Willa Faye Lynn.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory: His children: Kent Griffin of Dothan, AL; Catherine Green of Newark, NJ; Johnny Hicks of Dothan, AL; Annie (James) Dawsey of Cowarts, AL; Robert (Falise) Lynn of Headland, AL; Yolanda Lynn Gilmore of Dothan, AL; Malik Lynn of Newark, NJ; and Rashean of Tampa, FL. He also leaves behind thirty-four grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren– Layla
Price, Taelynn Tichelle Johnson, Ava Jade Adams, and Mia Sage Adams; one brother, Willie J. Lynn; three sisters-in-law: Vetchus Lynn, Annie L. Lynn and Annie Lynn; one brother-in-law, James McCollough and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and cherished friends: Earnest (The Preacher) Harrison and Maudeliene Harrison.
