Leroy Wiggins, affectionately known as “Boo,” was born on September 4, 1947, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the late Moses Wiggins, Sr. and Mildred Redmond Wiggins.

He attended St. Paul Catholic School.

In memory of Leroy Wiggins, he was better known as “Boo.” He was a loving and caring brother to his sisters, Ophelia Wiggins Brown, Connie Wiggins Teague, Carolyn Wiggins Robinson, and Brenda Wiggins, and to his brother, Dennis Jones. He also shared a special bond with his niece, Angela Wiggins.

He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Moses Wiggins, Jr. and Thaddeus Wiggins.

Leroy leaves to cherish his memory his sisters, Ophelia Wiggins Brown, Connie Wiggins Teague, Carolyn Wiggins Robinson, and Brenda Wiggins; one brother, Dennis Jones; and a host of nephews and nieces.
