Mr. Hiram David Vazquez Ramos was born on September 9, 1973, in San Juan Carolina, Puerto Rico, to Edwin Vazquez and the late Luisa Marie Ramos. On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, David peacefully departed this life at Southeast Health Medical Center at the age of 52.

David received his education in Puerto Rico, where he attended and graduated from high school. Affectionately known as the "Jokester" of the family, David possessed a gift for laughter that touched everyone around him. He carried a smile not only on his own face but placed one on the face of anyone fortunate enough to be in his presence. David cherished spending time with his family, and he found great joy in fishing and going to the beach. Being near the water was his place of relaxation and peace.

David will be deeply missed by his family and friends, and his precious memories will forever live within the hearts of those who loved him.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Luisa Marie Ramos, and his grandmother, Lucila Ayala-Agairre.

David leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving and devoted wife, Dominic Vazquez-Ramos; his children, Luis D. Santiago, Giovani Paul Vazquez, Hiram D. Vazquez Ramos Jr., Lucas E. Vazquez Ramos, Alex G. Vazquez Ramos, Ayala G. Vazquez Ramos, Madison Long, Alison Long, Adrianna Long, and Aden Peace; his grandchildren, Giovani Paul Vazquez Jr., Ezra Paul Vazquez, and Zahir Paul Vazquez; his siblings, Edwin Vazquez, Samuel Vazquez, and Braulio Colon; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
